MARUKIN Usukuchi Soy Sauce
Usukuchi soy sauce features the same full-bodied fragrance and smooth flavor as koikuchi, but it has a lighter color. For this reason it is used to preserve the natural colors of ingredients, including in braised dishes and soups.
