Our sauces for Japanese cooking are made by blending soy sauce, spices, dashi (soup stock), sugar, and other ingredients. These savory, slightly sweet sauces can be used as cooking sauces for sukiyaki ,shabu-shabu or other Japanese cuisines. “Ponzu” are sauces with a sour flavor made by blending soy sauce with citrus juice, vinegar, or other ingredients. They can be used as dipping sauces or dressings.
