MORITA Concentrated Japanese Soup Base HON-GAESHI

This smoothly flavored soup base features the umami of dashi (soup stock)—including bonito flakes and kelp—and can be used as a soup or dipping sauce for soba (buckwheat noodles). Dilute with an equal amount of water to use as a dipping sauce, or dilute with double the amount of water and warm to use as a soup.
